Bruce G. Vanyo and Simona Fusco have listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 10932 Savona Road in Bel Air for $3.195 million.

Vanyo paid $3.05 million for the property in July 2005. The 5,189-square-foot home was built in 1968.

Vanyo is a partner in the Los Angeles and New York offices of the law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. He has been in practice for over 34 years. The areas of his practice include commercial litigation, litigation and dispute resolution and securities litigation. He also serves as the firm's national co-chair of the securities litigation practice and co-chair of the New York litigation practice.

He received his B.S. degree from Miami University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Fusco is an actress and a model. She has played the part of Ulsa in Beerfest, a 2006 beer-themed comedy film by the comedy group Broken Lizard. She also appeared in the movie Bottom's Up alongside Paris Hilton and in Chasing Ghosts with Michael Madsen and Shannyn Sossamon. She has also made an appearance on the HBO series "Entourage."

As a model, she has campaigned for brands like Coca-Cola, BMW, Ferrari, Guess! By Marciano and Fendi for Vogue magazine, among others. She has also been featured in Maxim's Sept. 2006 issue.

There were 64 sales in Bel Air in 2008, with a median price of $2.3 million.
