Eugene Scher and Gail Scher have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 5523 Paradise Valley Road in Hidden Hills for $4.295 million.

Mr. Scher paid $2.15 million for the property in June 2003. The 6,601-square-foot house was built in 1982 in the North Hidden Hills neighborhood.

Mr. Scher is the president of Sharewell Group, Inc., a full service interactive marketing company in Calabasas. He's also worked with Pioneer PacficList Marketing and November, Lazar & Scher, and worked in the trading card industry as a founder of Skybox and with Donruss Trading Cards.

He earned his master's from Manhattan College and a bachelor's from the City University of New York–Hunter College.

There were eight home sales in Hidden Hills in 2008, with a median sales price of $2.875 million.
