Venture capital firm exec buys Los Feliz 4BD for $1.495M

Medium ab359b3d141f21150b07f3db3c1e7ed1 Doan and Matthew Wendorf bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2700 Glendower Ave. in Los Feliz from Bob Chu and Beatrice Chun for $1.495 million.

Chu and Chun paid $1,707,500 for the property in Aug. 2007. The 3,339-square-foot house was built in 1924.

Ms. Wendorf is the director of asset management at HCP, Inc. She is a former analyst at JP Morgan and Grubb & Ellis.

She graduated from USC in 2000.

Mr. Wendorf is a former assistant project manager at Tomy Corp. Prior to that, he was the product development coordinator at Uncle Milton and the product launch manager at Jakks Pacific.

He received his B.S. in business and marketing from USC's Marshall School of Business in 2001.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 156 home sales in Los Feliz during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $837,500.
