James M. Jaska and Becky Kilbourne have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 367 Monterey Pines Dr. in Arcadia for $6.88 million.

Jaska and Kilbourne paid $800,000 for the property in Jan. 2001. The 6,425-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the North Arcadia neighborhood.

Reni Rose of Prudential California Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Jaska serves as the executive vice president of the Government Group at AECOM, a professional technical and management support services provider. He's based in the company's Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining AECOM, he as the president of Tetra Tech. before that, he also held several operations and management positions at Alliant Techsystems Inc., Honeywell Inc. and Ecolab. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from Western Illinois University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 421 home sales in Arcadia during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $750,000.
