Goggins bought the property for $510,000 in July 2002.

The 1,600-square-foot house was built in 1960.

Joshua Myler of Prudential California Realty is the listing agent for the property.

Goggins is an American actor, known for his role as Detective Shane Vendrell in the FX Networks' series "The Shield."

He produced The Accountant, a 2001 short film that won an Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film.

He co-owned a production company, Ginny Mule Pictures, which made the films The Accountant, ChrystalRandy and the Mob and That Evening Sun.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 118 home sales in Beverly Crest during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,222,500.
