Olympic swimmer Summer Sanders lists Manhattan Beach 4BD for $1.85M

Medium d3116c42a837bb46ac0f10895e0da63b Summer Sanders and Erik Edward Schlopy have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 3313 Bayview Dr. in Manhattan Beach for $1.85 million.

Sanders and Schlopy paid $1.789 million for the property in July 2008. The 2,169-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the West Manhattan Beach neighborhood. Lisa Stott of Shorewood Realtors is the listing agent for the property.

Ms. Sanders
is a sports commentator and reporter, TV show host, actress and a retired Olympic gold medalist in swimming. She is the host of "Inside Out with Summer Sanders," the first original production of Universal Sports about Olympic athletes. She was also part of the third season of "Celebrity Apprentice," a general correspondent for "Good Morning America" and "Rachael Ray," and she recently worked as correspondent for 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Previously, she hosted and co-hosted a number of programs including MTV's "Sandblast," "NBA Inside Stuff," "Nickelodeon's Figure It Out." She also appeared as an actress in two films, Broken Record and Jerry Maguire.

Mr. Schlopy is an Alpine skier and a member of the U.S. Ski Team who competed in three Winter Olympic games.
