Adam Carolla selling Hollywood home for $1.495M

Medium 6d3e368e5c45d444406e9ce19499643f Adam Carolla has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2846 Westshire Drive in Hollywood for $1.495 million.

Karen Misraje of Teles Properties is the listing agent. The 2,281-square-foot home was built in 1924.

Carolla is a radio personality, television host, comedian, actor and the host of "The Adam Carolla Podcast."

He was recently seen as a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars," where he partnered with Julianne Hough. Previously, he co-hosted the radio shows "Loveline" (1995-2005) and "The Adam Carolla Show" (2006-2009), and the television program "The Man Show" (1999-2004).

Carolla also co-created and performed on the TV program "Crank Yankers" (2002-2007) and co-wrote and co-produced The Hammer (2007), a semi-autobiographical independent film where he played the lead role. In addition, he has also done voices for cartoons, including Commander Nebula on the Disney animated series "Buzz Lightyear of Star Command," Death on "Family Guy" and Spanky Ham on "Drawn Together."

Carolla also owns a home at 3052 Lake Hollywood Drive in Hollywood, for which he paid $1.63 million in April 2003, and a home at 13825 Friar St. in Valley Glen, for which he paid $535,000 in Aug. 2007.

He sold his home at 12940 Addison St. in Sherman Oaks for $1.477 million in Sept. 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 542 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $769,000.
