The 5,673 square-foot house was built in 1954 and is located in Sherman Oaks.

Mr. Stoll is the president of Target Enterprises, a strategic media placement company based in California.  Previously, he served as vice president at Goldman Sachs, managing director at DCI Group and legislative assistant at the New York State office of federal affairs under former governor George E. Pataki.

He attended American University in Washington, D.C.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 441 home sales in Sherman Oaks during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $610,000.
