SNL vet spends $3.45M in Pacific Palisades

Medium 2b2a5cb2c8decb21649cdde678412a55 Kevin J. Nealon bought a seven-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 16105 Northfield St. in Pacific Palisades from Ruthann and Joseph Stone for $3.45 million on June 18.

The Stones paid $1.295 million for the property in Sept. 2007. The 5,600-square-foot house was built in 2009.

Nealon initially found fame as a standup comedian in the '70s and became a regular cast member on "Saturday Night Live." He currently stars as Doug Wilson on the Showtime series "Weeds." His other television appearances include "Still Standing," "Monk," "3rd Rock From The Sun" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

He has also appeared in a number of films, including All I Want for Christmas, Happy Gilmore, Anger Management, Little Nicky and Daddy Day Care.

He received his B.S. in marketing from Sacred Heart University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 267 home sales in Pacific Palisades during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.625 million.
