Sonny and Cho Astani have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 4.25-bath home at 1480 Capri Drive in Pacific Palisades for $4.395 million.

Susan Larison of Peninsula Sotheby's International is the listing agent. The 4,445-square-foot home was built in 1957.

Mr. Astani is the chairman of Astani Enterprises, Inc., a Beverly Hills-headquartered provider of real estate development, management, and investment services. He currently serves on the executive committee of the Central City Association, on the board of councilors of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, and on the leadership council for USC's Lusk Center for Real Estate Development. In addition, he is a member of the Pacific Council for International Affairs and a regular lecturer at the University of California Los Angeles Extension.

He has a master's degree in engineering from the University of Southern California.
