Erenstoft is a lawyer who specializes in business law, civil litigation and criminal defense.

He holds a J.D. from Whittier College School of Law and a B.S. degree from Pepperdine University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 389 home sales in Encino during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $544,000.
