Investment CEO asking $3.3M for Cheviot Hills 6BD

Medium 89f9f644e4fda6b35e4aaca6e34456a7 Brian Altounian has listed for sale a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 2786 Monte Mar Terrace in Cheviot Hills for $3.295 million.

Altounian paid $3.4 million for the property in May 2006. The 6,688-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Cheviot Hills. Jeff Konecke of Abbot Kinney Real Estate is the listing agent.

Mr. Altounian is the founder, CEO and co-chairman of Alliance Acquisitions, Inc., an early stage investment incubator. In addition, he is the CEO and president at WOWIO, Inc., an an eBook distributor, and the founder and co-owner of Med-E-Rent, Inc., as well as chairman of the board of the non-profit organization, Lost and Found in America, Inc.

He obtained an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a bachelor's degree from UC - Los Angeles.
