Gina Fattore bought a three-bedroom, two-bath at 8961 Wonderland Ave. in Beverly Crest from Kevin Keyser for $990,000 on June 30.

Keyser paid $625,000 for the property in June 2002.

Fattore is a television producer and writer. She has produced and written a number of episodes of "Californication," "Gilmore Girls," "Reunion," "Skin" and "Dawson's Creek." Her other writing credits include "Getting Personal" and "King of the Hill."

There were 122 sales in Beverly Crest in 2008, with a median price of $1.4 million.
