Camelia Kath bought a six-bedroom, five-bath home at 1001 Hanover Ave. in Bel Air from Robert and Janet Berger for $4.391 million on July 7.

The 4,840-square-foot home was built in 1934.

Kath is an actress, writer and producer. She had roles in Fake Out (1982) and The Killing Time (1987), alongside former husband and actor Kiefer Sutherland. The two were married from 1987 to 1990.

Prior to her marriage to Kiefer Sutherland, she was married to Terry Kath, the original guitarist and founding member of the rock band Chicago. He passed away in 1978.

There were 59 sales in Bel Air in 2008, with a median price of $2.15 million.
