Brian Grazer has listed for sale a five-bedroom, eight-bath home at 23660 Malibu Colony Drive in Malibu for $19.5 million.

Grazer paid $13.5 million for the property in Oct. 2003. The 6,067-square-foot house was built in 1993 in Las Flores. It is located in the Rancho Topanga subdivision. Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent for the home.

Grazer is a film and television producer. Together with director Ron Howard, they co-founded Imagine Entertainment, a film and television production company that produced television series "24" and "Arrested Development" and the films Apollo 1, A Beautiful Mind, The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons. His producing credits also include Changeling, Frost/Nixon, "Lie to Me," "Parenthood" and "Friday Night Lights." Early in his career, he worked for Edgar J. Scherick productions where he produced two television movies, "Zuma Beach" and "Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery."

He received his B.A. in psychology from the University of Southern California - Los Angeles.
