Zareh Baghadasarian and Seda Baghadasarian have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 33618 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu for $6.995 million.

The Baghadasarians paid $4.7 million for the property in Oct. 2003. The 3,331-square-foot house was built in 1960 in Central Malibu. Chris Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is the listing agent.

Mr. Baghadasarian is venture director with California Technology Ventures, LLC, a venture capital fund. He is also president and CEO of Tahoe Associates, a private investment entity. In addition, he serves as advisor for several high technology startup companies. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of the Iris Group, and was one of the founders of Monterey Networks, Inc. Before that, he served as the vice president of engineering at Sourcecom, a general manager of the Signaling Group at Ameritec, and a manager at Tekelec.

He obtained a master's degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University, received his executive management degree from UCLA Graduate School of Management, and earned his B.S.E.E. from Villanova University.

Ms. Baghadasarian is a visualist, painter, photographer, and designer, as well as filmmaker and art director. She has worked as a documentary filmmaker for Channel 4 Films.

She obtained a degree in architecture and interior design from London Metropolitan University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 167 home sales in Malibu during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.65 million.
