Tatjana Patitz has listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 5737 Busch Drive in Malibu for $3.485 million.

The 2,807-square-foot house was built in 1978 in the Central Malibu neighborhood.

Ms. Patitz is a German model and actress who was one of the top models in the world in the 1980s and 1990s. During the height of her career, she modeled for designers such as Helmut Lang, Versace, Valentino, D&G, and Chanel, and also made a cameo appearance as one of the five supermodels in pop singer George Michael's memorable hit video "Freedom 90" along with the likes of Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington.

She also had a romantic relationship with pop singer Seal and appeared briefly as a murder victim in the opening scene of the 1993 Sean Connery and Wesley Snipes thriller Rising Sun.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 106 sales in Malibu in 2008, with median sales price of $2.2 million.
