Brian Grazer has relisted a five-bedroom, eight-bath home at 23660 Malibu Colony Drive in Malibu for $17.5 million.

Grazer originally listed the home with Westside Estate Agency for $19.5 million in May 2011. He took the home off the market in December 2011 and relisted it at the existing price on Feb. 16. Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency Inc. is still the listing agent.

Grazer paid $13.5 million for the property in October 2003. The 6,067-square-foot Unit 42 was built in 1993 in Las Flores. It is part of the Rancho Topanga subdivision.

Grazer is a film and television producer. Together with director Ron Howard, they co-founded Imagine Entertainment, a film and television production company that produced the television series "24" and "Arrested Development" and the films Apollo 1, A Beautiful Mind, The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons.

He obtained a B.A. in psychology from USC-Los Angeles.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 224 home sales in Malibu during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.65 million.
